• Graduates in Hotel Management with atleast 10 years of experience in Serviced Residence / Hotel Industry of which the last 3 years should have been in a senior position as the Profit Centre Head Post Graduate specialization in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
   

Project Manager (BEL/ENG/PM-02)

• Graduates / Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of hands on experience of which atleast 5 to 8 years should be in high end hotel / resort projects.
• Candidates having held a Project Head position responsible for all aspects of construction will be preferred.
   

Project Manager—Shopping Malls (BEL/ENG/PM-03)

• Graduates / Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with an experience of 12-15 years of which atleast 3-5 years should be in construction of Shopping Malls.
• Exposure to structural steel work and MEP services essential.
• The job involves leading a team of engineers, management of projects, quality supervision, liaison with Consultants, Architects, Contractors and coordination of MEP services.
   

Project Manager—Interiors (BEL/ENG/PMINT-04)

• Graduates / Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with an experience of 10-12 years of which at least 5-8 years should be in execution of interiors work in Hotel, office building or shopping mall with high quality finishes, Viz: Flooring, woodwork, false ceiling and furnishing.
• The job involves leading a team of engineers, management of projects, quality supervision and coordination of MEP services, Architects, consultants and Contractors.
   

Manager—Malls (BEL/MGR/MALLS-05)

• Graduate/ Degree in Hospitality / Retail / Mall / Facility Management / Marketing with Retail Experience.
• Must have hands on experience in managing large malls.
• Minimum 10 years experience desirable in the same industry.
• The candidate would be responsible for the upkeep of the mall with respect to facilities provided- Security, Housekeeping, Air-conditioning, general maintenance etc.,
• Manage entire operations of the mall on a day to day basis,
• Sound knowledge of Financial Management prefered.
• Good command in English, Hindi, Kannada.
• Should have people skills & promotional skills.
   

Architect—Interiors (BEL/ENG/AI-06)

• B. Arch with minimum of 5 to 6 years experience, should have experience with reputed leading architect firms dealing with Interiors in the Corporate, Retail, Residential segments.
• Required to have intense knowledge of materials / preparing estimates / on-site sequence of works / Co-ordination of all low side services and interior design intent.
• Should be familiar with Autocad and good in communication skills.
   

Engineer—Structural glazing (BEL/ENG/SG-07)

• Graduates in Civil Engineering with 5-7 years experience in construction of high rise buildings and commercial buildings with reputed companies.
• Exposure to structural glazing is essential.
   

Engineer—Environment (BLR/ENG/EE-08)

• Graduates / Post graduates in Environmental Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in meeting state pollution control Board & negotiation of EIA, exposure & conversant with MOEF norms for building approval.
   

Engineer—Modification (BEL/ENG/MOD-09)

• Graduates in Civil engineering with 1-4 years Experience in construction of high rise buildings with reputed companies.
• Experience in post execution work, interaction with internal Engineering team & customers.
• Exposure to superior quality structural, Electrical, plumbing, water supply and other finishing jobs is essential.
   

Engineer—Electrical (BEL/ENG/ELE-10)

• Graduates in Electrical Engineering with 5 -7 years experience in Electrical installations.
• Should be familiar with electrical specifications, capable of interacting with consultants and managing contractors.
• Knowledge of sub-station work will be an added advantage.
