Manager—Projects (CCN/BHSPL/PM-01)

• Location: Kochi
• Graduates / Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with 8-12 years of experience of which atleast 5 years should be in high end hotel/resort/club projects.
• Exposure to fine finishing and all the services related to the hotel industry is a must.
• Exposure to air conditioning, plumbing, electrical & fire fighting works is essential.
• Should have a positive attitude with good leadership skills.
   

Architects (CCN/ENG/ARCH/02)

• Location: Kochi
• B.Arch or M.Arch with minimum of 7 - 10 years experience, of which 5 years experience with reputed leading Architects in high rise residential, commercial buildings.
• The candidate should be able to handle Cochin Projects independently. Prior experience in resort development & Co-ordination with International Architects will be preferred.
• Awareness to local bye-laws and NBC norms is essential.
• Should be familiar with Autocad and have good communication skills.
   

Site Engineer (CCN/ENG/QC-03)

• Location: Kochi
• Graduates in Civil engineering with 5-7 years Experience in construction of high rise buildings with reputed companies.
• Exposure to superior quality structural, electrical, plumbing & fire safety and other finishing jobs is essential.
  

Engineer—Quantity Surveyor (CCN/ENG/QS-04)

• Location: Kochi
• Graduates in Civil Engineering with 1-4 years experience in Rate Analysis, Tender scrutiny, Checking and verification of bills etc.
• Computer knowledge essential, preferably with exposure to QS Link / other specialist QS Software.
  

Good communication skills and computer knowledge are essential, for all positions.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with education, qualification and experience.
