Brigade Towers (our very first project) was, at the time, the tallest building constructed by a private property developer in Bangalore.

Brigade Software Park was the first project by a private property developer to be awarded infrastructure project status by the state government.

The Brigade Homestead chain was the first professionally run serviced residence facility in Bangalore.

The concept of integrated enclaves was introduced in Bangalore by Brigade. Enclaves like Brigade Gardenia and Brigade Millennium have set benchmarks in excellence.

Our approach to design has been path breaking. The plan for our hill resort in Chikmagalur is the result of an international design competition, which we conducted specifically for the purpose.

We were one of the first to partner with leading international firms on a range of projects.

Among South Indian property developers, we were the first to implement the SAP package. And one of the forerunners in implementing an ERP system.

We continue our record in other landmark projects currently in progress. For instance, two facilities within our upcoming lifestyle enclave—Brigade Gateway, in Bangalore—are likely to set records: North Star, an office facility, will be Bangalore's tallest building and Orion Mall & Multiplex will be the largest mall in the city.
