The Residential Wings are progressing well and are nearing completion. Sump tank, DG room, Pump room and STP civil works, the electrical and mechanical works are nearing completion. All efforts are being put to complete the apartments and the common amenities; in spite of the heavy rains that are having an impact on the work progress Access road to the Residential Wings from Malleshwaram- I main is ready.

With the preliminary inspections from Fire force Department completed, we await the NOC. Post receipt of NOC, we shall apply for and obtain the Occupation Certificate.

World Trade Center, Bangalore—the office tower is also in an advanced state of completion. The structure is complete and the glazing on all sides is nearing completion. The destination-controlled elevators are being erected, with the first group being already commissioned. Work on the services will commence soon. The first offices can start their interior work from July onwards. The multi-level (9 levels) car park is nearing completion.

Orion Mall & Multiplex: Work on the terrace floor slab is nearing completion. Internal masonry and plastering work on various levels is in progress. The anchor tenants, such as PVR Multiplex, would be commencing their interior fit-out work shortly. The other anchors are also expected to start their fit-out work later this year.

The Galaxy Club work is in progress.

The Brigade School, which is slated to commence operations in June 2010, is under construction.

Sheraton Bangalore Hotel: Structure work is in progress at the8th floor level.

The Columbia Asia Hospital is fully functioning and has been serving the neighbourhood for the last one year.
