The following hotel projects by Brigade are in different stages of completion:

The Sheraton, Bangalore
The 5-star Sheraton Bangalore Hotel is located in the Brigade Gateway enclave in North Bangalore. The 200+ rooms hotel will have everything one comes to expect in 5-star hotels, including a convention centre, banqueting facilities and multi-level parking. The hotel will be connected to the office tower and the mall by sky-bridges.
 

The Sheraton Mysore Hotel
The Sheraton Mysore hotel will have 200+ rooms and facilities that meet the expectations of a Sheraton brand.

Both Sheraton Hotels will be managed by Starwood.

Holiday Inn International Airport, Bangalore
The hotel is strategically located on NH 7 and connects to the new Bangalore International Airport. The proposed 210 room hotel will include banquet halls, restaurants, health club and spa, bar, swimming pool and conferencing facilities.

It is conceived to suit the 'new generation' business hotel—one that is targeted at the 'well-travelled' and 'tech-savvy' corporate traveler. The project is designed to portray and showcase modernity, and a very distinct character.

The Holiday Inn will be managed by InterContinental.
