Tandem Allied Services Pvt. Ltd, an associate of Brigade Enterprises Limited, allows us to become a one-stop property management services provider.

Tandem, located in Brigade Plaza, undertakes facilities management for software industries, commercial buildings, serviced apartments, residential buildings, bungalows and guest houses. Today they manage nearly one million sft of real estate in Bangalore.

Services provided by Tandem’s Facilities Management Division include engineering (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry), housekeeping, security, janitorial services, catering, pest and rodent control, landscaping and personal services (paying of bills, travel arrangements).

Their Realty Division takes care of residential or commercial property needs—on lease, rental or outright purchase basis.

The Home Loan division has tied up with ICICI Bank for home loans, personal loans and car loans. It has also tied up with New India Assurance for general insurance, and with MetLife India Insurance for life insurance.
