This significant stride aligns seamlessly with our steadfast dedication to combat climate change, addressing societal disparities and fortifying our long-term resilience.
A key tenet of Brigade’s 'Inspire Nxt' philosophy for offices is safe design and sustainability. Over the past decade, our office projects have consistently achieved the prestigious Gold or Platinum LEED or IGBC ratings, setting the standard for sustainable, premium workplaces.
Our dedicated sustainability platform within our startup portfolio as part of the Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program (Brigade REAP), was introduced to recognise the growing importance of this ethos in the modern world. Among the impressive roster of 66 startups that have been nurtured through the program, a significant 35-40% of them operate in the sustainability sector.
