Brigade forays into industrial parks and logistics segment

Given that we have been in real estate for three and a half decades, we intend to fill the gap for sophisticated yet agile warehouses in strategic locations. Expansion into the industrial parks and logistics segment is but a natural progression into another important real estate asset class. Brigade will offer Grade A warehousing assets in markets dominated by Grade B warehouses, with the aim to bring in high efficiency, productivity and cost saving for customers. Initially, the company plans to start with greenfield projects in Bengaluru, and then expand to other cities like Chennai, Hyderabad, and so on. Brigade is also exploring brownfield opportunities across cities.
With the boom in the e-commerce industry and progression from one-day delivery time to 10-minute delivery, the logistics and warehousing sector is witnessing a revolution in the way transactions are done
