Brigade Plus is our initiative, the genesis of which was a fairly simple, customer-centric thought; how can we add value to the homes we build for our customers?
At Brigade Plus, we aim to provide quality, aesthetically pleasing and functional modular furniture solutions to our customers, all delivered on time. One of our key differen-tiators is that our customers have a ready-to-move-in home at the time of the registration of their unit. Now, that's a convenience you just can't beat!
FY22 has been great for us. We have seen a reve-nue increase of 130%. The average order value has in-creased two times, as well, indicating that more and more homebuyers are now seriously considering interiors as an integral part of their homebuying experience, not an after thought. Whether our customers are end-users or investors, we have a range of suitable options for furnishing available. Data suggest that when looking at renting a unit, customers typically spend 6-8% of the apartment value on interiors. This guideline is usually upwards of 15% when they are considering moving in.
We are also quite excited to be able to provide a completely digital journey for our customers. From the initial design consultation, design approvals, payment, and the handover documentation, the entire process is now online. Ultimately, we are confident that when our customers choose Brigade Plus they are choosing quality interiors, a superior product, and a memorable experience from a brand they have always trusted.
